Terms of use

Rakib Shekh runs UIX Icons as a sole trader under the name Sigma Studio (sigmastudioo.com), the same business that runs Pagestro. In these terms, we, us and our mean Rakib Shekh, trading as Sigma Studio. You and your mean the person who uses the site or buys Pro. Our postal address is Dhaka 1204, Bangladesh.

You can reach us at help@uixicons.com. By using the site or buying Pro you agree to these terms, the Pro licence on the license page and the Privacy page.

You may browse the site, search the library, copy icons in the free styles and use Studio without an account. The free styles, Regular Rounded, Regular Sharp and Solid, are under the MIT licence. These terms do not change that licence.

Pro adds twelve more styles. They are proprietary and open only with a licence key, in the icon browser, the MCP package and the plugins once they open. Pro is a subscription or a one-time licence per seat.

Orders are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record, issues your receipt and works out tax.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies. Checkout shows the price, the billing period and the tax before you pay, and it asks you to agree that we start delivering your licence right away.

After you pay, the checkout page shows your licence key. It looks like UIX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Copy it then and keep it somewhere safe. There is one key for each person, tied to the email you paid with, and a renewal keeps the same key.

A subscription renews at the end of each period at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We will tell you before a price changes, and a new price applies from your next renewal. A one-time licence is paid once and never renews.

If you lose your key, write to us with your receipt and we will send it again.

The Pro licence is personal to you, non-exclusive and cannot be transferred. It lets you use the Pro icon files in unlimited personal and client projects and in commercial products, as part of a finished work, with no credit needed. A subscription gives you this right while it is active. A one-time licence gives you this right with no end date, for the Pro files you have obtained.

The licence does not let you resell or share the Pro files as files, put them in another icon set, font, template, UI kit, library or marketplace, train a model on them, build a competing icon library or sublicense them. The license page lists the rules in full.

Keep your key private. Do not post it, share it or put it in code that other people can read. A team needs one seat for each person who uses the Pro files in the tools.

If we find that a key is being shared or abused, for example it is used by many people or on far more devices than one person would use, we may suspend it. We write to you first, say what we found and give you a chance to explain. We may suspend a key straight away only where we suspect fraud, such as a stolen card.

If a subscription lapses and you come back within three months, your key works again. After three months you get a new key, and the old one stays off.

You agree not to: break, probe or overload the site or the licence service; flood them with automated requests; copy the whole library in bulk from the site; get around or interfere with the licence check; use a key that is not yours; or use the site to break the law or the rights of others.

If you need the icons at scale, write to us. There are better ways than scraping, and we are happy to talk.

The icons, the files, the website and the tools belong to Rakib Shekh. A licence, free or paid, gives you the right to use them as described and does not transfer ownership. The free styles are under MIT, and we keep the copyright in them too.

The UIX Icons name, the Swash mark and the wordmark identify this product. Please do not use them in a way that suggests your product is ours or that we back it. No licence on this site covers the name or the mark.

If you send us feedback or an icon request, we may use the idea. You keep anything you send that is yours.

We use reasonable efforts to keep the site, the icon browser and the licence service available, but we do not guarantee uptime. They may be offline for maintenance or because of a fault, and pages, counts and features change often.

A one-time licence lasts for as long as UIX Icons runs the Pro service. If we ever close it, we give one-time licensees at least 12 months notice and a download of every Pro file they had access to, and they may keep using those files under the same terms.

We may change these terms, for example when the law or the product changes. For a material change we give 30 days notice by email or on the site before it applies. A change never reduces a one-time licence you have already bought. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using Pro and cancel a subscription before the change applies.

The free styles come as they are, under the MIT licence, with no warranty. For Pro we promise that the Pro styles will work as described on this site when you use them as the licence allows. If they do not, tell us and we will fix it or refund you as set out in the refunds section.

Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty, including that the icons suit a particular purpose or that the site will be free of faults.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about the site or Pro is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or other indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using UIX Icons at any time. To end a subscription, cancel it as described in the refunds section. When the paid period ends, the Pro tools stop working for you, the free styles stay free under MIT, and work you shipped while you were subscribed can stay in use.

We may end or suspend a licence if you materially break these terms. Unless it is fraud or serious abuse, we tell you what is wrong and give you 7 days to put it right or to explain. If we end a subscription this way, we refund the unused part of the paid period, except where the reason was fraud or abuse.

Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, liability and the rules on the key after a refund, continue after a licence ends.

These terms, the license page and the Privacy page are the entire agreement between you and us about UIX Icons and replace any earlier understanding. If a part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your licence or your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business, and we will tell you if we do. These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh. A dispute that talking does not settle goes to the courts of that place. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to use the courts of the country where you live and the consumer law that applies there.
