UIX Icons is made and sold by Rakib Shekh, trading as Sigma Studio, the same business that runs Pagestro. We decide why and how the data on this page is used. Our postal address is Dhaka 1204, Bangladesh. You can reach us at help@uixicons.com.

Here is what the site and the licence service keep, where it lives and why.

Usage and messages
Usage counts and contact messages
The site counts visits without tracking you, and the contact form keeps what you send.
The site counts how it is used so we know what to draw and fix. Each page view, search, copy, download and Studio export adds one to a daily total. The search word is kept with the count, so we can see which icons people look for and cannot find. We do not set a cookie, give you an ID, store your IP address or browser details, or follow you from one visit to the next. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the site sends no counts at all. We keep the daily totals until we choose to remove them.
The contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to the licence service. These are personal data. Only we can read them, we use them to answer you, and we keep them until you ask us to delete them. To have a message removed, write to us from the same email address and we will delete it.
Who helps us
Who handles data for us
Two companies handle data for us: our host and our payment partner.
Cloudflare hosts the site and the licence service and delivers the icons. Our payment partner, named in the Purchases section of the Terms, takes the payment, issues the receipt and works out tax. It is the seller of record for the payment itself, so it handles your card and billing details under its own privacy notice.
The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, as the table shows. Our processors may handle data in other countries, and where the law asks for it they use recognised safeguards.
What we do not do
What the site does not do
We do not sell your data, and the site has no advertising trackers.
Free use has no sign-in. The only form is the contact form. The site sets no ad cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Copying a free icon and using Studio happen in your browser. They send us only an anonymous daily count, as described in the usage section. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it except with the companies named above and where the law requires it.
If you add a Pro licence key, the browser saves it in local storage on your device and sends it to the icons host with each request for a Pro style. The icons host passes it to the licence service, which checks that your licence is active. The Framer plugin never asks for your key: you connect it on the connect page, and the plugin keeps a token that you can revoke. The free icons are stored inside the Framer plugin and make no request. The plugin shows a disclosure before it contacts us for the first time, and it sends nothing you type, search or select.
If this changes, this page will say so first.
Retention
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records while the licence exists and for as long as tax law asks.
We keep your purchase and licence details while your licence exists, and afterwards for the period that tax and accounting law requires. Email and contact form messages are kept until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept by the host for a short time. Anything in your browser stays there until you clear it.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
Write to help@uixicons.com from the email you paid with, and we will answer within one month. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We will delete it unless the law asks us to keep it, such as purchase records for tax. Where the law of your country gives you more rights, such as to object, to restrict use or to move your data, we respect those too, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
We use your purchase details to carry out the sale and the licence, which is our contract with you, to keep records the law requires, and to protect the service from fraud and abuse.

You decide what the site keeps in your browser.
You can clear the site's local storage in your browser settings at any time. That also deletes saved Studio work and your saved licence key. To ask about an email you sent us, or to have it deleted, write to the address on the contact page.
Questions
Does UIX Icons use cookies?
The site sets no ad cookies. It keeps your theme choice, your Studio work and your Pro licence key, if you add one, in your browser's local storage, so they are there when you return. You can clear that storage in your browser settings at any time. Our anonymous daily counts use no cookie.
Does the site have accounts or sign-in?
Not on this site. You can browse, search, copy icons and use Studio without telling us who you are. Pro buyers add a licence key, and the licence service keeps their email and key. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
Where does my Pro licence key go?
If you add a key in the icon browser, it is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. The browser sends it to the icons host only with requests for Pro styles. The icons host passes it to the licence service, which checks that your licence is active. Clear the site's data in your browser settings to remove it.
Are my Studio drawings uploaded?
No. Your drawings stay in your browser and are never sent to us. Clearing the site's data in your browser settings also deletes them, so export an SVG of anything you want to keep. We have no copy to restore if you lose them.
Does the site use Google Fonts?
Yes. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and Google sees your IP address when it sends them. We do not send Google anything else, and we use the fonts only to show the page. The site loads no other third-party scripts for advertising or tracking.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email help@uixicons.com from the address you paid with and say what you want deleted. We answer within one month. We delete what we can. Purchase records that tax law asks us to keep stay until that period ends, and a deleted licence stops working.
