Questions
What should I include in an icon request?
Give the word you searched, what the icon means in your product and the screen it goes on. A short note is enough. If you know the picture people expect, such as a bell for alerts, mention it. Requests help us choose what to draw next.
How do I report a wrong or broken icon?
Send us the icon name, the style and the size where it looks wrong. A screenshot or the copied SVG helps. Every icon is checked before it ships, but a problem can still slip through. If we redraw it, the new drawing is reviewed again.
Where do I ask about Pro?
Write to us through this page. For a billing or licence key problem, include the email you paid with. If you have a question about teams, company use or custom styles, tell us what you need. Your note helps us decide what to offer. The Pro page explains how Pro works.
Can I suggest a new industry or category?
Yes. Tell us the field, the kinds of things people do in it and a few icons you would expect. Check the industries page first, since an icon may sit in a related category. Suggestions help us decide where to draw next.
